Job Summary
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Intern to join our development team for a 6-month internship program. This is a fantastic opportunity for students and freshers to gain practical experience in building complete web applications from start to finish. You will work on real projects, learn from experienced developers, and have the chance to become a permanent employee if you perform well.

What Skills Do You Need?
- Basic knowledge of React and Next.js (frontend)
- Basic knowledge of Node.js and Express (backend)

- Know how to use Git for code management
- Know how to use Postman to test APIs
- Basic understanding of AI and how to use it
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well with others

Internship Program Details
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Working Hours:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Flexible timing can be discussed during interview
- Remote
Stipend & Payment Structure:
Phase 1 - Months 1-2 (Probation/Learning Period):
- No monetary compensation
- This is your learning and proving period
- You will focus on learning, understanding our codebase, and getting comfortable with the team
- We will evaluate your dedication, attitude, and learning speed
Phase 2 - Months 3-6 (Based on Performance):
- ₹5,000 per month if your performance is satisfactory or good
- Payment will be made every month on a fixed date
- Your work quality, contribution, and attitude will be reviewed
Performance Evaluation:
After 2 Months:
- Your manager will review your performance
- They will check: code quality, work speed, teamwork, learning ability, communication
- Decision: Continue without pay, continue with stipend, or end internship
After 6 Months:
- Full performance review of your entire internship
- Assessment of all your work and contribution
- Decision for permanent job offer
